We save the name, email and phone number supplied through Stripe Checkout, your Stripe customer identifier, payment history, source tag and signup time. We use these records to provide the requested introductory text, maintain your support history and handle billing or refunds.
Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. We retain the payment method identifier, not full card numbers. Future support requires your approval of the amount.
Our authorized texting service can use your contact details to send the first text and confirm phone ownership. We do not treat a number entered at checkout as proof that you own it. Conversation can continue in iMessage or WhatsApp under their own data policies.
Your browser remembers your age confirmation using localStorage. The source tag tells us which link brought you here. Billing records are retained as needed for accounting and refunds.
